The menu features local ingredients such as "Genghis Khan," Hakodate's "squid salted fish," Hokkaido potatoes "Touya-Kitaakari," and "Katsugen," a lactic acid beverage only available in Hokkaido.
You can enjoy the Menu "Shanghai fried noodles", "Spring rolls", "Zangi (meaned local fried chicken)" those change from day to day and it's recommended for guests staying multiple nights.

| Sashimi |

Unique to Hokkaido, a sashimi menu including red tuna, salmon, and shrimp is served at the buffet starting from breakfast.
Raw fish is a healthy food that is high in protein and contains DHC, which is expected to reduce neutral fat. We also recommend making a mini Kaisen-don (seafood bowl) as shown in the photo. We hope you enjoy this northern delicacy.

We offer a variety of side dishes that go perfectly with rice, such as "Pickled herring", "Matsumae pickles" a local dish of Hokkaido, and "Salted squid" from Hakodate.

The rice is "Fukkunko," a high-quality rice developed in southern Hokkaido. As the name suggests, it has a fluffy texture.

Fried chicken is called "Zangi" in Hokkaido. It is said to be more seasoned than regular fried chicken, and is usually made by marinating the chicken in a soy sauce-based seasoning before frying. There is a theory that the name comes from the Chinese dish of fried chicken called "Zaqi or Zagi".
Fried local potatoes with a pleasant texture, such as "Touya" and "Kitaakari" from Hokkaido, are also available on a daily basis.

This home-style dish has been popular as a local delicacy in the Nayoro region of northern Hokkaido.
Jingisukan is generally cooked by grilling, but in Nayoro, the method of stewing the mutton with vegetables in a sauce has become popular in order to remove the smell of the mutton.
Jingiskan and sauce soaks into the vegetables, making it a taste that you can enjoy over and over again.
